Every sheepskin rug here is a real hide: a single tanned pelt, or several matched pelts sewn together. We buy from tanneries in New Zealand, Iceland, Mongolia, Gotland and the UK, and each hide keeps the shape, density and markings it grew with, so no two rugs are quite alike.
Sizes begin at a 26x18 in single pelt, about right for a chair seat, a reading corner or the side of a bed. Double and multi pelt sheepskin rugs are stitched from hides matched for color and length, and reach 71x84 in, close to 6x7 ft, enough to sit under a coffee table or fill the foot of a bed.
Pick long hair for depth and movement, short hair for a denser surface that takes more traffic, or curly for tight, sculptural texture. Natural shades run from ivory through honey to charcoal, and dyed hides add color without flattening the grain. Free US shipping over $150, and 100 days to return.
Real sheepskin, cut and sewn into cushions. Round from D8 to D24 and square from 14x14 up to 24x24 inches, in long hair, short hair and curly, with sheepskin on one side or on both.

Organic Shaped Floor Rugs
In our online shop, you will find sheepskin rugs in a wide range of sizes, colors, wool types, and origins. Most of our rugs are made from New Zealand sheepskin, but each rug is unique in its look and feel.
Our smaller multi-pelt rugs are made from 4 pelts and are available in both long wool and short wool. We also offer larger rugs made from 6 or 8 pelts, with the 6-pelt version currently available in long wool only. The 8-pelt rugs are available in both long and short wool variations.
Rectangular Sheepskin Rugs
If you prefer a more structured, rectangular shape, we also offer several options made from New Zealand sheepskin. These are available in sizes such as:

- 67 x 94 inches
- 79 x 118 inches
- 98 x 138 inches
These rugs are available in both short wool and long wool. The long wool is smooth, dense, and slightly glossy, while the short wool is curly and soft.
In addition to our New Zealand rugs, we also offer a rectangular Tibetan sheepskin rug measuring approximately 55 x 71 inches, featuring the signature silky, long curls Tibetan sheepskin is known for.

Eleven years, still counting skins one at a time
We opened in 2015 with a small range of Scandinavian sheepskins. Eleven years later the catalogue is a good deal bigger, but the way a skin gets picked has not really changed.
Today that range covers sheepskin rugs, cowhide rugs, cushions, seat covers, throws, poufs and furniture. Over 100 of those products are made in our own workshop in Denmark. The rest are chosen the same way they always were, one at a time.
